Life threw you a curve ball and you’re not sure what to do with it?

Getting started is often the hardest part of any journey.  Let's explore what that new life will look like, and let me help you get there.

The process of buying and selling real estate is straight forward and methodical when you know where you want to end up, and especially if you have tools and a game plan. That's where I come in.

Together, we'll design a plan just for you, then I'll walk you through the steps and get you to your happy place.

Hi, I’m jude creamer
and I help friends regroup in the midst
of a challenging
life transition.

what's next?

If you’re here on my site, you’ve likely been through a traumatic life experience. The ones that leave you feeling lost, stuck, and even possibly resentful.

That’s okay. The most important part of healing is feeling your feelings, finding the knowledge that life will be better, and taking action. You might not be quite at the point of “knowing” life will be better in the future, so for now, I’ll hold that knowing for you. In the meantime, let me commend you for feeling your feelings and exploring the idea of  moving forward.

“What’s next?” is a huge question. If the answer involves the real estate world - that can can be daunting.  Having a local Sarasota friend to walk that path with you and evaluate the twists and turns – is (as they say) priceless.

Reach out and ask this friend for help. You don’t have to do it alone, especially if you're out-of-state.

about jude creamer

seasoned realtor

(with gumption)

I regrouped in my new little cul-de-sac home. It quickly became my happy place.

Back in 1999, shortly after settling in and putting my life transition behind me, I became a real estate agent so I could walk others through the process of reorganizing their real estate priorities after daunting life transitions. I didn't go through it alone (thanks to a smart agent), and now I'm paying it forward.

Since then, I’ve helped widows and widowers say good-bye to the home they shared with their beloved, and I also helped each of them find a new place where they could build a happy life ahead.

I’ve kept clients on track as they divided their belongings, and each figured out what’s next.

A valuable perspective that comes from having both witnessed and experienced the feeling of floundering as well as the delight of moving forward, and I love sharing it and seeing people shine in the aftermath.

My specialty is exploring new horizons with friends when they need an intrepid companion, or just sitting quietly with them while they sort things out. I hope you’ll give me an opportunity to be that for you as you regroup.
